About the Fuzja: The developer Echo Investment is building a housing estate on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory, consisting of 20 buildings for various purposes, 14 of which are adapted historical buildings – its heart will be a historic, Art Nouveau heat and power plant with a characteristic high chimney and a green square around it. Currently, the city square around the restored building of the heating plant and 2 buildings are already put into use, in one of them there is a Żabka market.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with new household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, induction or electric hob, oven, Smart TV).
  • For tenants with their own furniture, we offer finished, unfurnished apartments (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom)
  • The apartments are located in buildings B1 and B2, on different floors, with windows facing the patio or the interior of the estate. The apartments have large windows and loggias, balconies or gardens.
  • We sign lease agreements for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The maximum rental period is not specified. If you want to rent an apartment for a shorter period, please contact us.
  • Tenants pay for utilities: electricity according to consumption and fees for water and heating as well as garbage collection – monthly advance payments are made on the basis of settlements with the building administration.
  • A one-month, refundable deposit is required.
