As all new apartments in Poland are sold as a raw shell, and most developers not offering additional fit-out services, it can be quite a headache for investors to bring their newly purchased apartment to a stage where it is ready to be launched onto the rental market. As a result, Warsaw Properties have developed a comprehensive fit-out and furnishing service to bring a top quality finish to apartments ensuring their successful entry onto the local rental market. We co-operate with a number of young Polish interior designers who continue to impress with fresh, modern, exciting design projects meaning that not only is the investor’s apartment original and unique but also that apartments designed and fitted-out by Warsaw Properties are in constant demand by letting agents throughout the city of Warsaw. When designing and fitting out apartments we try to make sure that they are low-maintenance, hard-wearing and high-quality finishes. This ensures that investors will not have high costs related to running repairs or replacement fixtures and furnishings. In addition to fitting out new build apartments Warsaw Properties has a lot of experience in renovating older classical apartments bringing them back to their former splendour. This type of project usually takes longer than the fitting out of a new apartment as there is generally some demolition work to go along with it at the beginning. In most cases the apartments are completely gutted, re-wired, re-plumbed and then fitted out to the highest modern standards.
