After agreement and before disbursement the following will be arranged

the property must be mandated to this account and the mortgage will be
taken directly from this account.
A net rental income calculation template in respect of the property being purchased,

valuation of the property carried out by a recognised professional
valuer in all cases together with an opinion on the potential rental
income.
Confirmation that purchaser can buy and get unencumbered legal title to the property - ( Notarial Deed ).
Insurance on the property assigned to the bank.
Bridging insurance to protect purchase until applicants name entered into Land And Mortgage Registry.
